Positive Health Events at BRC
We have a series of activities, classes and lessons running in September and October, focusing on mental and physical well being in the work place, beginning with a spinal/posture awareness seminar and FREE posture checks on Tuesday 17th September, followed by weekly talks on Monday Lunchtimes focusing on Meditation and Mindfulness, starting on Monday 23rd September.

Monday 23rd September: Mindfulness Session – Building awareness through breathing techniques
Monday 30th September: Mindfulness Session – Creating space in the mind through visualisation
Wednesday 2nd October: Fight Club
Monday 7th October: Mindfulness Session – Focusing deep attention through guided verbal instruction // Power Yoga
Monday 15th October: Mindfulness Session – Stilling the mind through combining skills learnt in previous sessions
