Yoga – 16th November

Manish’s classes are enjoyable & safe and he encourages you to progress & develop at your own pace. You don’t need any experience to join the class.

Manish encourages participants to give things a go, to practice with a smile while letting the breath be their guide & allowing them to free their mind.

These taster sessions will start with Vinyasa flow followed by a limited breathing and relaxation sequence. Perfect for a pre lunch session.
