Bath Road Central is pleased to announce that it is offering all BRC employees the opportunity to attend 2 mental health workshops.
Tuesday 17th May 12:15-1:15pm – Your Mental Health Matters
This course provides an overview of understanding mental health with insightful discussion to help you and those you work with to get a greater understanding of mental wellbeing. It looks at how you can measure mental health and understand triggers to look out for in yourself and others, when you may need to act. This workshop answers all these questions and many more, led in a fun interactive way, packed with practical examples to take home and for support into your working day.
