We are pleased to offer two FREE taster sessions with our yoga teacher on Tuesday 19th November 2019.
There will be two lunchtime sessions, each with 20 places available.
Session times are 12.15-12.45 and 13.00-13.30
Yoga mats and healthy snacks will be provided.
