As part of Mental Health Awareness Week we have 2 Public Health programme officers coming to talk about the ‘5-ways to wellbeing’ which are the evidence based ways to improving mental health.
The 5 ways to wellbeing are – Be active, Give, Connect, Take Notice, Keep learning.
The talk will start promptly at 12noon and will last about an hour.
We will also have a qualified fitness masseur providing free sports, remedial & relaxation massage therapy between 12:00 – 14:00.
Talk attendees will get a goody bag with information around mental health and healthy snacks.
