Do we have a treat for our SCC subscribers! At lunchtime on the 25th of February, we will have a Dietitian on-site to give you hints, tips, meal plans and more for FREE.
Starting from 12:00 – 13:00, Jo Cunningham RD of Green Light Nutrition will be giving you tips on how to best prepare for exercise and other information to ensure your performance is the best! There will be a drop in session towards the end of the hour for those who have specific questions, and as always for our Self Care subscribers, there will be freebies to collect at the end!
