This workshop will explore what keeps you awake, for a mindset shift to help you get a better night’s sleep. Are you going to bed at the right time? Is your space set up for optimum sleep? When is the last time you left your phone outside the bedroom? What do you eat before bedtime? Factors around a good night’s sleep, aren’t just based on stress or the disruption of young children – this fact-based workshop explores powerful ways to change your relationship with sleep and equips you with some uplifting techniques for calm. This workshop includes a mini sleep relaxation technique – based in mindfulness meditation to help you drift away from your worries and return to work refreshed.
