Stilling the Mind

Stilling the Mind through combining the techniques learnt in the previous sessions – Meditation and Mindfulness techniques to help you relax.

During the 30 minute session you will be guided through a meditation/mindfulness technique that will help you quieten the mind. Once learnt, this technique can be practised whenever and wherever you wish.

The session will conclude with a body point relaxation enabling you to completely unwind.

You can take part in this session in your work wear and you can choose to be seated in a chair or on the floor or lying down. Whichever position suits you and your body best.
